65 & OVER MIXED INVITATIONAL: September 18 - 19, 2025​

Location:  Louisville

Registration Opens: July 1, 2025

Participating teams will advance to Sectional Invitational two weeks later, in Owensboro, KY!

​If no opponent available, team advances direct.

Registration Deadline  with minimum 6 players:  September 7, 2025

Team Captains

• Select:  Create On-line Team (Example of team name:  KY/LEX/KLEIN)

• Select the following options: “Southern” Section, “Kentucky” District, “KY-Louisville” Area, “2025 USTA ADULT 65 & OVER INVITATIONAL” or  "2025 USTA 65 & OVER MIXED DOUBLES INVITATIONAL" Flight (NTRP Level)

• Capture the Team # and share with your players for registration

• Select: “Register with a team #” on the Leagues homepage of TennisLink (after you’ve logged in)

• Enter team # (received from captain)​
