One of Julie's final wishes is that her husband, Josh Qualls continue the junior team tennis league the duo started this past winter.
The Julie Ditty Qualls Foundation will be dedicated to improving our community. It’s about the kinds of things Julie promoted, like free tennis lessons, the development of new hiking trails, access to trails, as well as biking in the Ashland area.
