The following are guidelines and requirements for application and awarding of the Jason Isaacs Memorial Scholarship connect with the 2018 Jason Isaacs Memorial Doubles Championship, held February 16^th-18^th in Louisville.   All scholarship applications must be submitted to the USTA Kentucky office, either through direct mail or email, by Friday, April 13^th at 5pm
